We do ship overseas (if you do not see your country listed as a destination for shipping, please do email me on charlene@equineempowerment.nz and we will make it possible).

The Unicorn 2000 Essences will be packaged securely for their journey to your country.

We can only offer a returns policy on Unicorn Essences/Books, that are unopened and in original condition plus returned within 7 days of delivery. Cost of return courier must be covered by the purchaser, with the goods packaged securely.

Equine Empowerment Limited will not refund the purchase price of opened, damaged, Equine Assisted remedies or essences made as a special request.
